Acupuncture is the use of thin, sterile, single-use needles inserted into the body to help restore balance to the body and mind. It can be used to treat conditions such as pain, insomnia, headaches, anxiety, depression, menstrual irregularities, symptoms of menopause, infertility, digestion issues, congestion, allergies, sports injuries, work-related injuries as well as many others. For acute pain, e-stim acupuncture may be utilized. In this technique, electric leads are attached to the needles so that a current passes through pairs of needles. E-stim strongly increases circulation to the area as well as intercepting pain sensation.

Initial health evaluation and acupuncture treatment or bodywork treatment. Includes all modalities selected by the practitioner. 1 hour and 15 minutes.
FOLLOW-UP ACUPUNCTURE TREATMENT
Includes acupuncture treatment and any additional modalities selected by the practitioner. Approximately 45min to 1 hour.
FOLLOW-UP BODYWORK TREATMENT
Includes cupping, tuina and acupressure. 45min.
In person or telemedicine video call to determine which herbal formula is most appropriate for the patient. Does not include the price of herbs. 30min.
